We are currently seeking a skilled administrator to support our expanding operations. You will be working in a dynamic finance department, responsible for assisting the credit control function by resolving queries, chasing debts, answering emails and telephone calls.

Based at our head office, we require a finance administrator with a background in administration and/or credit control, possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal efficiently with daily correspondence received by post and email

• Process invoices with correct purchase order numbers within agreed timeframes

• Maintain confidentiality at all times and use discretion where necessary

• Ensure invoices are produced to meet client requirements with relevant information

• Make and receive phone calls

• Provide cover for the department when required

• Perform general ad hoc duties

• Issue statements and reminder letters in accordance with company credit control procedure

• Collect debt within agreed payment terms

• Log details of queries on system for disputed invoices

• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve queries
