We are seeking a highly organized and responsible professional to oversee the daily administrative operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing administrative functions, vendor coordination, general administrative services, and compliance with set standards.

Job Description
  • To ensure smooth facility management, supervise daily administrative operations.
  • Support HR in managing operational activities on-site as a focal person.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory management of office and facility supplies.
  • Accurately maintain documentation and administrative records.
  • Supervise janitorial and housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Regularly upkeep warehouse facilities, utilities, and office areas.
  • Maintain accurate records for office assets, keys, and ID cards issued to staff.
  • Submit relevant invoices and coordinate timely payment with finance.
  • Coordinate joining formalities and orientation for new employees.
  • Ensure accurate attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
  • Address day-to-day employee queries related to admin and HR.
  • Promote proper coordination and communication across departments.
  • Prepare periodic reports on admin activities, expenses, and facility issues.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR and office administration functions.
