We are seeking a highly skilled Reservoir Simulation Engineer to join our team.

  • Quality control of static models
  • Perform fluid characterization using an equation-of-state and incorporate in simulation model/s
  • Perform special core analysis interpretation and incorporate in simulation model/s
  • Build reservoir simulation models (both Black Oil & Compositional) from static models to characterize and describe oil, gas, and gas condensate reservoirs
  • History match the model with available historical field data
  • Use reservoir simulation models to optimize field development plans (inclusive of compressions for gas fields), reservoir performance and estimate reserves based on different recovery schemes (predictions)
  • Closely work with Geophysical and Geological teams to ensure good consistency in static reservoir model building
  • Closely work with Operation teams to plan, execute & monitor DST's, transient tests, PLT, BHP surveys etc.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering with specialization in reservoir simulation
  • Minimum 15 years of working experience in the field of petroleum engineering
  • Overseas working experience is preferred
