About the Job:

Main Responsibilities:

  4. Leadership: Lead multiple agile teams for managing and executing multiple projects.
  5. Efficiency Optimization: Delegate resources to maximize team efficiency and productivity.
  6. Project Governance: Define, manage, and lead well-defined project management processes.
  7. Team Empowerment: Foster an environment where team members can utilize their skills and efforts effectively.
  8. Customer Expectation Management: Assist Product Owner in managing customer expectations.
  9. Mentorship: Develop team capacity by mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements:
  1. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead multiple teams and utilize interpersonal skills like mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  3. Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain customer trust and confidence.
  4. Project Management Experience: Proven ability to lead software development projects and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  5. Agile Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Assembla.
  6. Microsoft Office: Experience in using Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools.
  7. OKR Methodology: Familiarity with OKR methodology.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with business and IT individuals.
