Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance company growth.

  • Fintech Projects: Identify, pursue, and close fintech projects (B2B, enterprise, and startups).
  • Client Engagement: Engage payment providers, fintech startups, and institutional clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop compelling sales strategies, proposals, RFP responses, and business decks tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiations & Closures: Lead deal negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze fintech trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
  • Outreach & Bidding: Win projects via Upwork, Clutch, LinkedIn outreach, and direct partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with global clients and maintain long-term accounts.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Tech teams to align solutions with client goals.
  • Event Representation: Attend fintech expos, conferences, and networking events to build visibility and connections.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven success in closing fintech projects.
  • 3–5 years' experience in business development, within fintech/software houses.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial technology markets.
  • Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, bidding platforms, and sales pipelines.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset.
