Our team is looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our growing network. The primary role of this position is to identify, approach, and secure potential clients and investors for our solar energy solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients and investors for solar energy solutions.
  • Generate leads through direct visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Promote company products and investment plans to prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution proposals and project details.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities and client feedback.
  • Report regularly on progress and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate education with relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (solar or energy sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
