As a Senior Account Executive on SMB Sales, you will have the chance to work with Motive's largest line of revenue and drive growth through developing strong executive relationships and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration.
A successful Senior Account Executive is coachable, receptive to feedback, and has a willingness to learn and improve continuously. Strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail are required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and win new business for Motive.
- Survey prospects to understand pain points within their business.
- Demonstrate Motive software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.
- Partner with the account team to optimize buying decisions and resolve problems.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and market trends.
