Techozon is actively seeking a highly skilled professional to join its innovative team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for someone passionate about automation, CI/CD optimization, infrastructure management, and cloud technology.

As a DevOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable and efficient DevOps pipelines, with a strong focus on CI/CD using GitHub Actions. You will also oversee infrastructure optimization, security enhancement, and operational reliability across the development lifecycle.

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring efficient, automated, and secure deployments.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes for development and production environments.
  • Continuously monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis for failures, and proactively address potential risks.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, including vulnerability assessments and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines and cloud setups.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline workflows, enhance DevOps processes, and ensure reliable releases.
  • Perform log analysis, system monitoring, and incident response using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
  • Manage version control and code integration following Git and GitHub best practices, ensuring proper branching, merging, and code reviews.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement of deployment processes, automation strategies, and infrastructure optimizations.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.

Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Advanced understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).

Competence in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.

Knowledge of security practices in DevOps including access controls, network security, and compliance frameworks.

Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

DevOps-related certifications from AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.

Familiarity with database automation for SQL and NoSQL databases.
