Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Role
  • This role involves leading cross-functional teams to plan and manage project scope, budget, and timeline in alignment with agile principles.
  • You will track project progress and address risks or roadblocks proactively, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between the team, stakeholders, and product owners.
  • The ideal candidate has experience in both project management and product ownership, with a deep understanding of business domain and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and manage project scope, budget, and timeline in alignment with agile principles.
  2. Track project progress and address risks or roadblocks proactively.
  3. Mentor the team on agile and scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
  4. Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  5. Document user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, and release notes during all stages of product development.
  6. Generate and present reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and key metrics.
  7. Collaborate closely with the development team to understand technical challenges, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in product roadmapping and aligning it with business goals and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Project management experience and skills, including planning, estimation, and risk management.
  • Data analysis skills or familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar.
  • Experience with feature prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE).
