About the Role

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to lead a challenging and exciting domain with exposure to a diverse profile of stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage sourcing operations, covering responsibilities to achieve financial targets, develop and execute category strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and ensure effective contract management.
  • Support the development and execution of the tower infrastructure sourcing strategy to achieve savings and KPIs.
  • Engage regularly with users to understand requirements and develop action plans.
  • Maintain professional relations with vendors, stay informed about market trends, and apply insights for business benefit.
  • Assess vendor financial worth, propose risk mitigation, and analyze TCO for informed decisions.
  • Negotiate with vendors and recommend awards based on TCO.
  • Manage post-contract issues, execute SRM programs, and resolve disputes.
  • Contribute to the forecasting process by verifying contractual and budgetary data.
  • Report savings using the Sievo tool and coordinate with relevant teams for updates.
  • E nsure accurate spend data mapping in Sievo and utilize analytics for sourcing initiatives.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce sourcing timelines.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree; Master's or MBA preferred from a recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 5 years, with prior experience in network sourcing and exposure to tower infrastructure preferred.
