Job Description

The Principal Business Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and implementing business solutions that meet client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee agile project functional team activities during the build phase, ensuring efficient task prioritization and risk anticipation.
  • Client Presentations: Showcase company's template solution and customized client solutions to clients.
  • Requirements Verification: Engage with clients during the Design phase to confirm customer requirements and align them with company's standard capabilities.
  • Gap Identification: Identify gaps between project requirements and template solution, proposing integrations into the core product where feasible.
  • Solution Development: Analyze, design, and propose solutions for individual features or entire modules, using demonstrations and supportive documentation.
  • Documentation Management: Write and maintain documentation in the form of user stories, blueprints etc. to ensure it is updated and reflects current project specifications.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative project environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the Quality Lead to develop and refine QA processes that meet industry standards.
  • AMS Transition Management: Lead the transition to Application Management Services (AMS), preparing essential documentation and conducting training sessions.
  • Product Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product team to identify bugs, and propose enhancements or ideas that could be integrated into the core product.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly with revenue management solutions.
