
Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee the entire spectrum of human resources functions, developing policies and processes from scratch related to organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that elevate our organization's visibility and reputation, demonstrating the ability to recruit, track, and interview top job candidates.
- Talent Management: Maintain comprehensive management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending cutting-edge human resource policies and procedures. A successful candidate will be involved in retaining high-quality employees and fostering a motivated workforce through designing career paths and succession plans for employees.
- Learning and Development: Empower employees with specialized skills to drive better business performance and bridge skills gaps. Facilitate open communication among employees and management. Guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and litigation avoidance.
- Performance Management: Create accurate job profile expectations, develop relevant objectives aligned with our goals and mission, document performance, and craft compelling appraisals. Maintain historical human resource records by designing an efficient filing and retrieval system; preserving past and current records.
- Rewards and Benefits: Oversee employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by assessing benefit trends; recommending customized benefit programs to management.
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A results-driven individual with a proven track record and leadership skills
