Community Relations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our community of customers, content creators, and partners. Your strong technical background and excellent communication skills will enable you to create engaging content that drives community engagement and builds trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement and Demos

  • Conduct live product demos for customers, addressing their technical queries and showcasing key features.
  • Act as the bridge between our company and its customers, providing feedback to internal teams for improvements.
Content Creation and Management
  • Create clear and concise technical content, including explainers, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles around our product.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce product-specific videos and courses that resonate with our target audience.
On-Camera Presence
  • Represent our brand in live sessions, webinars, and interviews, delivering professional and engaging presentations.
Community Building
  • Foster relationships within the community to promote collaboration, feedback sharing, and brand loyalty.
  • Develop strategies to engage users across various platforms, including social media, forums, and partner channels.
  • Participate in online discussions and forums to help advocate for our services, engage and answer questions from users.
Marketing Channel Collaboration
  • Work with marketing teams to leverage affiliate marketing, organic strategies, and content marketing channels to grow community reach and product awareness.
  • Assist in identifying and engaging with key influencers, affiliates, and partners within the industry.
