The role involves driving the development of high-performance digital solutions, such as search engines and configurators, to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, leveraging expertise in conversational design and e-commerce solutions to deliver best-in-class experiences.
As a key member of the team, you will onboard new customers, develop and optimize conversational flows, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard and enable new customers by building custom solutions and providing training and support.
- Consult with business stakeholders on conversational design principles and recommend solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and optimize conversational flows based on product discovery best practices.
- 5+ years' experience delivering complex e-commerce solutions and driving value through industry best practices.
- Familiarity with conversational design principles and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong consulting skills, effective communication, and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
