Technical Solutions Consultant
About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic
Technical Solutions Consultant
who will serve as the bridge between our technology team and prospective clients. You will be responsible for leading product demos, presenting tailored technical solutions, and closing deals. Beyond the sales cycle, you will also oversee the technical delivery of projects, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who combines
strong technical knowledge with excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demos and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and confidently present proposals.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during the pre-sales process, addressing questions and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring technical projects are executed successfully.
  • Liaise between clients and internal development teams to ensure expectations and deliverables align.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to position our solutions competitively.
  • Build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor for their technology needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Pre-Sales Consultant, Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
    .
  • Strong technical background (cloud, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, integrations, or relevant areas).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on client success.
  • Experience managing technical projects from requirements gathering to delivery is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, HRTech, AI tools, or workforce platforms (a plus for Stafflink).
  • Ability to draft proposals, solution documents, and assist in RFP responses.
  • Hands-on knowledge of APIs, integrations, or cloud technologies.
  • Comfort in leading both small and large-scale demos.
