Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and applicant tracking system management. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient results.
  2. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  4. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  6. Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
  7. Negotiate offers and onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment best practices, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and other relevant tools.
  • Able to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive business results.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
