Remote E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to support our e-commerce operations as an E-commerce Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Optimization: Optimize product descriptions across all listings for clarity and conversion.
- Website Maintenance: Regularly review the website to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stock issues.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer reviews posted on the platform to maintain brand trust and engagement.
- Visual Content Updates: Update visual content including banners, landing pages, and product photos as needed.
- Vendor Liaison: Liaise with vendors to coordinate inventory management, place purchase orders, and track fulfillment status.
- At least one year of experience in an e-commerce or related role.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools.
- Highly organized and self-sufficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speed.
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
