The Employee Relations Specialist will focus on creating a positive work environment by building strong relationships with employees and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity. About the Role:
This position involves working closely with employees to resolve conflicts, answer questions, and provide guidance on HR-related matters. You will also assist in the investigation of complaints and grievances, ensuring that they are handled fairly and promptly. Additionally, you will collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

- Participate in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in employee relations or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws and regulations.
