Operations Leadership Role

A Team Lead Operations is responsible for guiding a team of advisors.
Job Responsibilities:The Team Lead oversees the performance and behavior of team members through effective meetings, coaching, and mentorship. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, monitoring adherence, time-off planning, and attendance in partnership with Workforce Management.
They also participate in daily Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvement initiatives. Additionally, they conduct seller interaction audits and provide coaching to improve performance.
Other key responsibilities include maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company in a positive light, and effectively managing sensitive issues. They must demonstrate excellent time-management skills and work independently using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a customer service environment, contact center experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse constituencies.
- Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
