Key Responsibilities

This leadership position is at the heart of our B2B business, responsible for setting direction and aligning KPIs to drive regional team performance.

  • Lead end-to-end business planning, forecasting, and strategy execution for the B2B vertical.
  • Act as a central liaison between field teams, product teams, technology, finance, and bank partners to ensure execution excellence.
  • Design, allocate, and monitor KPIs across regional B2B teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive the development of incentive structures, promotions, and commission frameworks that enhance team performance.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 6-7 years of experience in business planning, sales operations, or enterprise support (preferably in financial services/telecom/fintech).
  • Proven expertise in KPI management, strategy planning, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong analytical and business modeling skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
