Customer Service Associate

This is a remote position where you will play a key role in managing customer interactions, converting leads, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

  • Handle and respond to leads through WhatsApp, focusing on converting leads into customers.
  • Cross-sell products such as on-site repair services, screen protectors, and phone covers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management:

    • Process and address incoming inquiries effectively.
    • Foster relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.

  2. Customer Service:

    • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Schedule repair services and pick-up/drop-off appointments in coordination with our team.

  3. Vendor and Quotation Management:

    • Negotiate competitive pricing from vendors as needed.
    • Create and share accurate quotations and invoices with clients.

  4. Sales Pipeline Updates:

    • Regularly update the Sales Pipeline Sheet to track customer progress and lead conversions.

  5. Marketing:

    • Conduct regular WhatsApp marketing campaigns based on sales pipeline data.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales is preferred.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in creating quotations and managing spreadsheets.
