Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts in the medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management space.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing within the healthcare or medical billing industry and a strong track record of generating leads, increasing visibility, and positioning brands as trusted healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies tailored to the medical billing and RCM market, focusing on lead generation, brand positioning, and client acquisition.
  2. Manage multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn, healthcare directories, and content marketing.
  3. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with customer acquisition goals.
  4. Create and manage educational content such as blog posts, white papers, infographics, and case studies relevant to medical billing, coding, compliance, and reimbursement.
  5. Oversee website performance, user experience, and SEO to improve visibility to healthcare providers and administrators.
  6. Run targeted PPC and retargeting campaigns focused on healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  7. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing dashboards.
  8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare marketing standards in all digital communications.
  9. Manage digital marketing budget and evaluate ROI for each campaign or initiative.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, payer policy changes, and healthcare technology that may impact messaging and positioning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with digital tools including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven success in generating qualified leads and driving conversions in a complex sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations including HIPAA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, value-driven messaging.
