Technology Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Technology Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, third-party processors, and key stakeholders.
  • Technical & Business Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Mastercard solutions to provide consultative support and insights.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth Support: Partner with account teams to identify revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Project Oversight & Issue Resolution: Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product Management, Customer Solutions, Delivery, and Support) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; mid-career with a proven experience in the payments industry, financial technology, or banking.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
