Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in software fintech. The position is located in Karachi Division. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves extensive interaction with prospective and existing clients, building strong networks within the fintech industry, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and solution delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management in the fintech software industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and meeting sales targets
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field
  • Prior experience in fintech or related software industry is highly desirable
