Tendering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Tendering Specialist to manage the entire tender process from start to finish.

  • Identify and assess suitable tenders across both public and private sectors.
  • Develop and submit high-quality technical and financial proposals.
  • Oversee bid securities, CDRs, guarantees, and compliance documents.
  • Negotiate with government agencies and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Track submissions and provide analysis of win-loss outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with procurement authorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in tendering and bidding.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPRA rules, PEC compliance, and government procurement procedures.
  • Demonstrated track record working with organizations like NHA, CDA, WAPDA, FWO.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
