Job Title: Quality Management Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a quality management system that aligns with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system that meets industry requirements.
  • Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes to ensure consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
  • Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends.
  • Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Work with relevant departments to update and revise documents as needed.
  • Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality Management is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
