Job Title:
A Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team in delivering high-quality mobile experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to spearhead the restructuring and revitalization of our QA department, redefining processes to elevate quality standards across all projects.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages career growth, technical excellence, and teamwork among engineers, inspiring them to learn and innovate.
  • Develop and implement automated testing strategies using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, increasing coverage and productivity, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Analyze QA team efficiency, dynamically allocate resources based on project needs, and optimize team utilization to maximize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends and technologies, and apply innovative solutions to drive quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms, cloud-based services, and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems, think critically, and approach problems with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Deep understanding of modern QA practices, quality engineering principles, and industry-leading methodologies.
