Software Mastery Engineer

We're searching for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting high-speed MVPs.

About the Role:

Our company is looking for an innovative problem-solver who can work independently, design, build, and launch full-stack MVPs from scratch at an incredible pace. You will be responsible for owning tech stack decisions, choosing the best tools, frameworks, and platforms based on project needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and launch high-performance web frontends.
  • Develop robust, secure, and well-documented backend services and APIs.
  • Integrate frontend and backend for seamless performance and experience.
  • Optimize for scalability and clean code practices on both ends.
  • Work closely with the team to ship MVPs and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have strong frontend engineering skills, preferably with React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or similar frameworks. Additionally, you should have robust backend development expertise, proficient in Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or similar.

  • Tech Stack Agnostic:
  • Flexible in choosing the right tool for each unique MVP.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, system design, and database architecture.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Bonus Skills:

Apart from the above requirements, experience in building MVPs, prototypes, or early-stage startup products is a significant plus. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.) is also a bonus.

Working Conditions:

This position requires on-site presence; remote work is not an option.
