Support Network Operations

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to support the operation of our network. This role will be responsible for maintaining network performance standards, reducing service denials and repeats, and ensuring 100% clearance of audits within three months.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and reporting skills, strong team coordination abilities, proficiency in MS Office, database management skills, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Maintain GPON CHI at 95%, ADSL at 82%, WTP at FF=18Hz/ADSL=18Hz, WTR at FF=15Hz/ADSL=25Hz
  • Reduce service denials and repeats (FF denial 5%, ADSL 6%; FF repeat 10%, ADSL 10%)
  • Ensure 100% clearance of Q4 and HSE audits within three months
  • Manage tools/equipment maintenance and repairs for field units
  • Procure store items for new installations and network maintenance
  • Facilitate interdepartmental coordination for issue resolution

Required qualifications include B.E/B.Sc Engineering or BS IT/BSCS, with experience in GPON/ADSL network operations, power plant management, SAP financial management, inventory and store management, and coordination with government agencies.
