Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Human Resources and Administration to lead our team in the province of Sindh.

About the Role

This is a full-time contract position responsible for improving healthcare services and eliminating quackery in the province. As a strategic leader, you will provide guidance and support to various directorates, ensuring smooth operations and effective implementation of policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction to the Human Resources and Administration department.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with our goals and objectives.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other directorates to address operational needs, such as IT-related issues, procurement, vehicle fleet maintenance, and conference organization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) in HR from a recognized national or international university.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in HR/Administration/operations, with 5 years in a leadership role at a reputable organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks and diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Government of Sindh Service Rules, Efficiency and Discipline Rules, and Sindh Public Procurement Rules.
