Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales engineers, specifying products in commercial/residential projects, and developing product marketing channels with retail and project segments.

  • Manage and train the sales engineer team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share through effective product marketing channels.
  • Specify products in commercial/residential projects by working closely with our sales engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Achieve product approval with consultants/contractors by providing them with comprehensive product information and technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC / Plumbing & Fire Fighting Products.
  • Understand competitor situations, sales channels, and pricing structures to make informed business decisions.
  • Support marketing efforts by collaborating with project consultants and other stakeholders.
  • Engage in project specification activities to ensure that our products meet customer needs.
