English Speaking Customer Service Representative

The role of this position is to manage and handle customer calls professionally.

You will identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, giving follow-up calls to customers at a specified date and time.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, communicate effectively with customers, and follow established procedures and guidelines.

Key responsibilities include managing a large volume of calls, identifying trends in customer inquiries or issues, and providing feedback to improve processes.

We are seeking an English-speaking professional who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English. Strong problem-solving abilities, calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential qualities for this role.

This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing technology to efficiently manage tasks and workflows. We offer variable shift timings during PK hours between 14:00 to 02:00, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.
