Job Description: As a Monitoring and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This involves overseeing the implementation of policies to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and Oversight:
    • Oversight of policy implementation across the organization to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
    • Development of systems to report and track organizational activities in line with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
    • Provision of recommendations to senior leadership on improving processes to enhance organizational functions.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks by collaborating with internal departments and aligning their activities with organizational policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MPhil degree in social sciences or related fields.
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in public administration, government relations, or teaching in public or private institutions.
