Legal Advisor Job Opportunity

Tekboox, a US-based IT firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide expert legal guidance and support on corporate and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review contracts, including employment contracts and vendor agreements, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide regulatory compliance advice to ensure company adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage litigation, disputes, and intellectual property matters, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Advise on employment and labor law matters, including workplace policies and human rights issues, to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution, demonstrating strong knowledge of the field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar corporate role, preferably in the IT industry, showcasing expertise in corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions.
