Job Opportunity

The Software Development Manager will oversee the development of software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex software initiatives, overseeing project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide on-site leadership, motivating team members to meet project objectives.
  • Foster collaboration between technology, operations, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, estimating resources and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain ongoing quality control, addressing issues and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve disputes or concerns.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, influencing executives, sponsors, and peers to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct performance reviews, monitoring staff performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Prioritize tasks based on changing requirements, managing the product backlog and coordinating with end-users and clients.
  • Drive professional development, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 10+ years of project and product management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
  • Certification in Scrum is a must.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and spur change within a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts and drafting budget proposals.

  • Shift Time: 10am-7pm.
