Software Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams, QA, UI/UX, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Track project performance and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization and with clients.
  • Monitor progress and KPIs, and adjust project plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
  • Facilitate regular stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management for software development teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
