We are seeking a highly versatile and technically strong professional who can take ownership of understanding complex IT-based RFPs and translating them into comprehensive, winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. RFP Analysis & Understanding: Analyze and dissect IT-based RFPs to identify technical requirements, deliverables, timelines, and compliance needs.
  2. Solution Development: Design scalable, innovative, and technically sound solutions based on RFPs across web/mobile/cloud/data/AI domains. Create architecture diagrams, system designs, data flows, integration plans, and detailed technical approaches tailored to project needs.
  3. Technical Research: Conduct in-depth technical research and feasibility studies for proposed solutions, emerging tech, platforms, tools, and frameworks.
  4. Cost Estimation & Team Structuring: Estimate efforts, create detailed costing and pricing sheets, and suggest optimal team structures for project execution. Participate in client interactions, requirements gathering workshops, and pre-sales demos. Translate business needs into technical requirements.
  5. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all proposals adhere to industry standards, legal, regulatory, and client-specific compliance requirements.
  6. Documentation & Presentation: Create polished proposal documents including executive summaries, solution overviews, compliance matrices, case studies, and technical deep dives.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in handling and responding to IT RFPs.
  • Strong knowledge across tech stacks — frontend, backend, APIs, system integration, databases, mobile apps, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging tech like GenAI & ML.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture and system design principles.
  • Familiarity with cost estimation techniques and project planning.
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
  • Strategic thinker with a structured approach to breaking down complex problems.
  • Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales or technical bid management.
  • Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), TOGAF, or other architecture frameworks are a plus.
  • Exposure to government or enterprise RFPs is a strong plus.
