My Pharmacy, established in 2021, is a project of the University of Lahore and NAGRA Group. My Pharmacy is one of the largest and fastest growing pharmacy retail networks in the country. We cover all major therapeutic segments and are dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to our customers. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cashier located in Lahore. The Cashier will be responsible for managing transactions with customers using cash registers, scanning goods, and collecting payments. The role includes issuing receipts, refunds, and change. The Cashier will also handle customer inquiries, maintain clean and tidy checkout areas, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cash handling, POS systems, and basic mathematical skills
- Customer service skills, including good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a related field is preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
