
Strategic Business Growth Manager

Your role as a business development manager involves identifying sales leads, creating tailored pitches, and establishing strong relationships with new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Development: Generate a database of potential leads each week, utilizing provided guidance and technical support when needed.
- Needs Analysis: Understand the pain points of your leads and adjust your pitch accordingly.
- Lead Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads, scheduling meetings with our development team or in-person discussions.
- Client Management: Oversee the fulfillment of client work, manage expectations, and foster long-term relationships.
- Training and Development: Train new business development staff through the onboarding process and ongoing coaching.
- Milestones and Performance: Conduct monthly reviews of the development process to ensure alignment with goals.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline efficiently.
This role revolves around effective communication, adaptability, and strategic planning. You will be working primarily on generating business opportunities for our software development services, which are part of our broader platform focused on supporting entrepreneurs worldwide.
You will be required to maintain flexibility in your schedule, adapting to meet the needs of our clients and the demands of the business. Compensation is based on a combination of base salary and performance-based incentives.
We seek an individual with a solid understanding of the business development process, including building value statements, understanding pain points, pipeline management, and fluency in English. Job Requirements:
