Lead Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in paid advertising, CRM journeys, affiliate programs, and eCommerce growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns. They will also be required to scale campaigns for our eCommerce stores and launch performance strategies for new brands or client eCommerce stores.

  • Paid Advertising Management

The Lead Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute email/SMS CRM flows (abandon cart, welcome, win-back, churn reduction, etc.). They will monitor CLS (Customer Lifecycle Score), churn ratio, and align retention campaigns with the user journey.

They will use platforms like Klaviyo or similar to maintain engagement and boost LTV. Additionally, they will collaborate with the social media team to bring qualified traffic and complete the full-funnel journey.

  • Strategic Growth & Planning

The successful candidate will develop quarterly growth goals and month-on-month business targets across paid and owned channels. They will propose channel diversification strategies so that reliance on paid media is balanced.

They will forecast growth and media spend based on data insights and campaign learnings. Furthermore, they will oversee messaging consistency and campaign timing across all platforms.

  • Affiliate & Partnership Growth

The Lead Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and manage affiliate marketing campaigns and partner activations. They will track referral performance and integrate affiliate learnings into performance media planning.

  • Requirements

3–6 years of experience in eCommerce or DTC marketing (preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics).

Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Strong background in CRM tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.

Good understanding of funnel marketing, LTV, churn, and customer journeys.

Prior experience launching and managing DTC or Shopify-based eCommerce stores.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, and performance collaborations.

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
