Business Development Manager Role

This position requires a skilled professional to drive business growth through identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective business development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
  • Managing customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Providing training and guidance to marketing and business development associates.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with BD tools such as Sendinblue is preferred.
