Call Center Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Call Center Executive. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Main ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service and support
- Generating new sales leads and converting them into revenue-generating opportunities
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
