Key Accountabilities:

  • You will create inspection protocols and documents according to company requirements and schedules, inspect products, document results, and submit reports to relevant personnel.
  • Provide clear and concise information to the QA and stakeholder teams regarding product defects or other issues within the same day of inspection.
  • Identify potential quality issues and suggest solutions to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the QA and PM departments to enhance the inspection process and increase efficiency.
  • E nsure that all company policies and procedures are followed when completing related documents such as expense reports and performance reviews.
  • Be flexible and willing to adjust to changing work arrangements as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 1 year of quality control experience with a focus on quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and honest approach.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
  • Knowledge of quality management tools and principles is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
