Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling phone calls and providing administrative support to the Manager Admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Receptionist cum Telephone Operator to greet visitors and direct them to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and other required documents in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Manager Admin, including preparation of reports, correspondence and other tasks as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that may arise during the course of work.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 02 years' experience as a Receptionist Telephone operator, possess a good command over spoken and written Urdu & English, display a pleasing personality, maturity, and be between the ages of 30 & 35 years. Preferably married individuals are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment:

This position is based in Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan.
