This role provides critical support to ensure the successful administration of learning deployments. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

The Learning Delivery Administrator is responsible for providing support to region-wide learning initiatives. This includes managing pre-training activities such as resource allocation, session creation, registration management, training material preparation, and purchase order management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of learning sessions
  • Managing attendance tracking and completion reports from instructors
  • Monitoring feedback and evaluations provided by participants
  • Providing summary reports on training data as required
  • Auditing and reviewing training funding and costs

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with experience in training administration and coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
