About the Role:

  1. ">
  2. Develop and manage ServiceNow in the IAM space, overseeing development and incident management within the Identity and Access Management domain.">
  3. Lead project development, managing key tasks within the IAM Access Development Pod, providing technical support to meet schedule and quality standards.">
  4. Serve as ServiceNow Access Pod Architect, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure development aligns with standards.">
  5. Perform code reviews to maintain quality and compliance.">
  6. Lead show-and-tell sessions to present updates and gather feedback.">
  7. Analyze data issues to identify and resolve problems affecting development.">
  8. Coordinate code releases, create change requests, and communicate deployment needs to support teams, supporting pre-deployment meetings.">
  9. Monitor compliance with IDAM and HSBC standards, addressing any required changes.">
  10. Identify risks and issues, promptly informing the project manager.">
  11. Manage ServiceNow Pod tasks to ensure platform upgrades do not risk IAM workflows.">
  12. Coordinate training sessions for IAM Project Pod developers, ensuring they attend necessary training.">
  13. Handle environment setup, cloning, and management.">
