
Clinical Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Patient Health Desk Executive/Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care and support the success of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, consultations, and follow-ups to ensure timely services.
- Manage patient records, updating information as needed to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear information about their treatment plans, procedures, and healthcare services.
- Collaborate with medical staff, nurses, and administrative personnel to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality services.
- Address patient complaints and grievances professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Develop and implement patient education initiatives and wellness programs to promote healthy behaviors.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
- Contribute to hospital outreach and patient engagement efforts, fostering strong relationships within the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
