Human Capital Strategist

This role is responsible for spearheading HR initiatives that drive business success. As a key member of the team, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance employee relationships, manage recruitment processes, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute HR strategies to align with the company's overall objectives.
- Bridge management and employee connections by addressing needs, resolving grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate records of company organization charts and employee directories.
- Drive human capital development to meet current and future business demands.
- Administer the performance appraisal system to foster employee growth.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits plans.
- Provide actionable insights to management through data-driven reports.
- Embody excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel application.
Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices is also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
