A key role in our organization is that of a Purchase Manager. This position plays a critical part in overseeing the procurement process.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Purchasing activities management to ensure timely acquisition of goods, both in-house and externally.
  • DIRECTING WAREHOUSE ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE RECEIVING, INSPECTING, SHIPPING AND DISTRIBUTION OF GOODS.
  • Consulting with other departments to coordinate demand and optimize purchasing strategies.
  • Identifying and resolving purchasing-related problems in a timely manner.
  • Detecting damaged or defective goods and working with suppliers to find alternative solutions.
  • Managing purchase returns and ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with key suppliers and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Overseeing daily operations within the department, including data entry into ERP software.
  • Leading and managing a team responsible for purchasing activities.

Job Type: Full-time position with one weekly day off.

Experience: Minimum 3 years required.
