Global SaaS Sales and Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global SaaS Sales and Marketing Director to drive growth and expand our global presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expand global presence.
  2. Manage products internationally, leveraging deep understanding of global markets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the competition.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SaaS sales and marketing is required, with a successful track record in driving growth.
  • Global Market Understanding: Deep understanding of global markets and experience in launching and managing products internationally is essential.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals is necessary.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media, is required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions are crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, are necessary.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, are essential.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA is a plus.
